Exploding Pot | Exploding Cauldron
Awesome idea. Easily gets my vote for Time. I don't really have anything to say about it that people haven't alraedy.

Alchemist | Elite Alchemist
I don't particularly like Alchemist. Maxwell's Demon only affects monsters with higher attack than HP, and Chaos Seed is a pool of random effects. But Alchemist? If you have enough quanta, there's no monster that's safe.

Taken from the Unwritten Rules thread in Design Theory: "No cards that kill a creature without taking it's HP into account on some level.  (Aflatoxin used to do this until I pointed out that it was the only card that did, and Zanz changed it to be like Poison instead.  Shockwave kind of does this, but it requires 2 elements and another standing status effect to work.)"

Retreat | Evacuate
I can't decide between this and Exploding Pot. Both are unique cards that seem like a blast to play around with. My vote is going for Exploding pot for adding creature control via something other than rewind which in my opinion, Time could really use.

Mare Crisium | Mare Crisium
Nice card but it doesn't have anything new that particularly grabs my attention as much as Retreat and Exploding Pot.

Instant Aging | Progeria
Its a copy of Fire Bolt with an effect that happens more often than Ice Bolt's freeze. It could use a bit more tweaking, possibly reducing damage and increasing the chances of the ability.

Fire bomb | Fire Mortar
Wow, I'm surprised this has the most votes.This would make be the sixth spell with two of them, Rain of Fire and Fire Bolt, already being extremely similar cards. I  like the spell but find it considerably less useful than the other ideas due to Fire already having a few spells.

Spontaneous Combustion | Spontaneous Combustion
I like how it uses pillar amounts to become a spell with a really nasty damage range that can take care of large creatures like Armagio instead of just being a bolt clone. Sort of reminds me of a last option high damaging self destruct except leaving you without quanta instead of causing damage to you.

Charcoal Stallion | Fire Stallion
Having the nice high damage/low health theme you see in Fire while having a nifty ability that can destroy permanents. If I had another vote, this would be the card I'd choose.


Lava | Lava
I'd love to see more cards that affected the field directly like Flooding and Lava. Flooding never saw much use since very few decks use the bottom and top row and playing multiple ones only increased the upkeep, but Lava  seems to lack those problems by going side ways and having great synergy between itself and its upgraded form. Did I mention it would be the first permanent in this element outside of weapon/shield slots? ;)
