This was actually based on a deck from the random deck generator (http://xenocidius.allalla.com/randomdeck/) and the thread for it can be found here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,35100.0.html).
It is meant to be used to bypass those annoying shields in PvP1.
