rain washes away snow so you could maybe make it remove a round of freeze as well. (for a minor buff)

Well if it were up to me id say.

Hey this is a casual use forum and were just throwing ideas around. If the card gets choosen for use let the game developer worry about the legalities of it.

Id say that about the use of most art to tho...

And its not up to me so...

ps. lol the pic

@agro, & @tiko not to insult you or anything, but copyrighting a common noun/name is bullshit. I get that the idea is changed, but here's the thing: If the art is used with permission, simply change the name the tiniest bit.

My suggestion, simply change the name to something similar to beholder. Art used with permission is fine.
From my understanding they claim ownership of it in a conceptual sense. Its not the noun. so like giant floating eyes is their thing.

Itd be the same if you wanted to use a clown with a red afro to sell hamburgers. You could call him jimmy but ronald and the gang over at macdonalds arnt gonna let you go to far with it.

I think this is a wonderful idea. Im not sure i agree on all your thoughts in the notes section.

I think the monkey should just gain the last ability used at  :time :time cost. keep it simple.

for fairness it would alternate after every 2 turns. 1 turn for each player under the sun and then 1 turn for each player under the moon.

(You could come up with some complex alternating patterns that might be slightly more fair. But I dont think its necessary.)

BTW, what if you use destiny and draw your last Destiny? :P it'd be facepalm worthy
Yeah that would be awesome.

I was already imagining all the times a player thinks they know what card they'll get but then ends up getting something else because they already drew all the other copies.

As for the wording I thought it would be fun to leave it vague kinda of like adrenaline. Have the info out there in the wiki but for new players the card would be a mystery.

Well, I think if you have no single cards in your deck it should do nothing (haha screw you!), since it "searches", thus it can find a card, or not... Also, if there is no "destiny" card, there is no point in using it anyways :D
If you dont have a single card left, i think it should at very least draw a card. Your destiny is just out of your hands.

It might be underpowered if it does nothing when you have no single cards left. For one it would force the player to have a super memory to know if he has single cards in his deck. And for example your playing a 2 card combo deck. you have 1 of each combo piece and 6 destiny. if you got your two combo cards in your opening hand you'd have 6 dead cards in your deck slowing you down (guess you could argue thats your destiny).

Maybe there are problems with the image, but I don't think there are problems with the card name? "Otyugh" is a d&d creature, but is also an element card.
this is from their license

For the avoidance of doubt and in addition to the provisions of Section 9 related
to ownership and use of Wizards Intellectual Property (as defined therein), Licensee expressly
acknowledges Wizards’ ownership of all imagery and artwork contained in 4E, and Licensee expressly
agrees it will not reprint any such imagery or artwork without Wizards’ written permission.  In addition, and
without limiting the foregoing, Licensee will not reprint, publish, use, nor create Derivative Imagery of, any of
the following proprietary characters (whether from 4E or any other products published by Wizards or TSR,
Inc.): Balhannoth, Beholder, Carrion Crawler, Displacer Beast, Gauth, Githyanki, Githzerai, Kuo-Toa, Mind
Flayer
, Illithid, Slaad, Umber Hulk’ and Yuan-Ti.

looks like elements might already be infringing on atleast one of their properties    :o

interesting card. Seems very strong at first glance but the delay'edness of the three devourer might just be enough to counter it.

personally I think the base creature stats (6/5 and 7/5) seem a little high for 7 :darkness. its certainly slower then vampire and gargoyle but you have the potential for 3 more cards. its a tough call it could be good but maybe to much.

It would be nice if it didnt steal gargoyles place at unupped or upped but was meaty'er then minor vampire. So maybe a 4/4 or 4/5 at unupped. and maybe 6/5 at upped.

just my take on it

this was making me thing the spark cards should have some hp. they should be 3/1 and 5/1 but read takes 1 damage at end of turn. that way they would get some minor synergy with healing cards. Guess it would be a huge blow to plate armors power tho :))

Oh for wording maybe try something like "remove target creatures HP cap."
