In-game Troubleshooting / Account seems to be reset, sort of?

Yeah I was aware of the connection issues over the weekend, it started near midnight my time the on day and I was aware I had lost some traction. But I was able to sign in and save without the disconnected flickering on Sunday and thought things were fine. But when I signed in today it seemed like the account was back a point arround wednesday.

Is this the only place to ask for technical support?

I was playing all weekend with an account named AWDoBaun, or so I thought, but when I sign on this morning I see the account seems to have only 5 wins and no losses instead of the approx 150 wins 80 losses or so that I remember from Sunday.

I had sent an email to the game.elements@gmail.com address, which is the only contact info I can see in the main game site, but the auto reply seemed to say that was a suggestion box instead of a help queue.
