Your Penalty was intended to be applied to your Spoils, not your Vault. Select 3 cards from your current Spoils, and then the Spoils from this round will be applied.

Hi,
the weekend and deck/spoil/vault/salvage/magic thing phase went by again, and duels ahead. Cool, somehow we just got decks to play, so thanks to others doing the deckbuilding. However, I'm supposed to play against Fire, and w4sh1ng7on against Death according to Round 3 post.
I assume our post is wrong, so will use the fire deck. You might want to fix that in main post too.

Damnit, I blame Legit XD.  WM's ruling on this? From my totally impartial point of view, the element is obviously the important part of the matchup, so Washington playing against death would use death deck (even though it is labeled as Brusterix's deck). 

Also, again impartially, this doesn't really effect the event or hold anything up, so it probably does not deserve a penalty (all it takes is a bit of common sense interpretation.)

Just wondering since I have all upped cards anyway. We could cheap the thurderstorms in case of any form of quanta denial or not drawing any pendelums?
w4sh1ng7on also has quite a lot of upped to fit that deck so it can't be related to that deck mix up.
