I thought it might be easier on everyone if all the decks used against us in War 2 were consolidated into a single thread here. I'll post each round in a separate post. This hopefully will help us determine if there is any trend as to what strategy teams were most effective at using against us and what will likely we utilized against us in this war.

My initial impression from studying Round 1 last war is that teams were most successful using hard stalls against us. By my figuring 7 of the 9 decks that faced us were based around stalls instead of rushes. Antimatter was a preferred choice in a stall it seems, along with Discord and Poison. Three of the 9 battles featured decks using Antimatter stalls (2 with Discord also), and we lost every one of those matches. The only match we really won against a stall was against the unupped light RT stall. The other deck type that seemed to hurt us were poison decks. Both the
poison rush and the
dune scorpion stall were successful. If teams are doing their homework we can expect to see a heavy dose of
and
duos utilized against us early until we prove that we can stop them, especially Antimatter and Poison. This first round is when we can expect the most prepared decks to face us since every team will still have their entire vault at their disposal so theoretically will be fielding their strongest decks against us.
