Not sure about a deck for Life but they would be really scared of Otyugh so they will have to add some creature destruction or Quintessence to their decks. This would slow them down so a generic deck that's all about dealing damage quickly might be the way to go for us so perhaps golems and Fire Eaters with Fire Shield to stop their weak creatures.

I think gravity with earth would be able to stop life. A titanium shield would greatly hinder it and a pulv would be able to get rid of pesky bonds, staves, or thorns.

The shield is expensive though and one could basically lose the game already once a shield is able to be played.

i was thinking more along the lines of gravity/aether to vs life, since dim shield will give you 3 turns to get out a momentumed oty and start eating.

Yeah but what if they kill your oty or Quintessence their creatures. What are you going to do about it? Oty probably won't deal enough damage to kill before decking out. With 6 shields, a lot of oty and some momentum, you won't have much space for anything else.

the way i see it, itll be too slow if they splash in quint or stuff that can kill my oty. also, taking 31-32 cards helps against that deckoutness.
