catapult deck: Yeah, I'm not sure what the optimal count for quanta/titans/catapults is, but you could probably go with -2 quanta +2 titan or something. I should mention that the point of the freezes is (ideally) to catapult a frozen titan, which if memory serves is 49 damage instead of 33. I had jen-i use something like this against me in leagues, but I don't know how many of everything there was. (well, I do know that it had 6 nova/sundial, but that's illegal for us since there wouldn't be room for the freezes/flying weapons then) Upgrades should most likely be the quanta, especially if a couple are cut for more titans/etc.
I experimented with an arctic squid catatitans deck in CL, but it didn't manage to do very well; the squids would just die to removal, since the opponent would have no other targets to use it on. It might work better in the war environment, something like -3 freeze +3 arctic squid, mark of water, and whatever to the quanta base to make it work. It could also be done novaless as long as animate weapons were used. (whatever is done, do not upgrade the flying weapons in this deck; if they were played and took, say, time quanta, for instance, it could screw us in the endgame potentially)
gravity shield/plate armour deck: Basilisk bloods are probably better overall here, since they can be played on enemy creatures before a gravity shield is drawn, whereas the plate armours are useless until then. Plate armour does work well with our hungry otyughs, though

(but there's also stuff like blessing or chaos power for that) I do think we should look at using some otyugh builds; they can really destroy some decks. If we can find something that works, I've also got 3 auburn nymphs that we might be able to make some crazy gravity shield pulverizer duo with.
I'll try to get some more feedback up this evening; I'm at work atm, but my computer is up and running, so I can actually contribute to the war effort, now.
