This cards has a nice synergy with adrenaline, due to its 7 attack point (upgraded). A creature with 7 atk points adrenalined results, here, in a nice 16 shield ignoring damages per charger.

Okay, I think it's pretty sad that it has taken this long for someone to notice this, but I read the card text for Sapphire/Elite Charger while I was in a top 50 match. It says that the damage can not be reduced and that it ignores shields. I assume that this is a wording error due to lack of cards and mechanics from the old versions, because Charger has been around since day one. Regardless, one of two things needs to happen - either Sapphire/Elite Charger needs to gain a passive skill that disables damage reduction (which would be pretty awesome, maybe even overpowered), or the wording should change to accommodate the current playing environment.

Yes. Antimatter is the only card that alters creature damage.

Yeh but no-one else has noticed the upped version says sapphire charger as well (well someone did and reported it in another thread(I actually think it might've been you))

Regardless, the upgraded version is a fast way for a mono-gravity deck to deal some damage..

Simple, The card wording says damage cant be reduced, yet antimatter reduces the attack.

Im suggesting two options.

Get rid of the words that suggest that the attack cant be reduced.
Or give it a passive charger skill that makes it immune to damage reducing effects (like antimatter)

Damage cannot be reduced, and antimatter inverts the attack. reducing is from shields, not antimatter

Ignoring the OP's thoughts on buffing Sapphire Charger in that manner, it does still need a buff of some sort.

I would like to see it at -1 cost, since, upgraded, it would be three more attack for +1 cost, which is a decent trade.  Also, nobody really likes to use the unupped Charger, since it is almost too expensive for what it does.
