I have been going for "Ot-ee-oh"
But actually it doesn't have the "o" before the ugh necessary for that pronunciation.
Linguistically, it could be two syllable: "Ot-yug" or three syllable: "Ot-ee-ug".
There is an English town called "Loughborough" pronounced: "Luff-bor-er". Some Australian friends were visiting and called it "Loo-ger-ber-oo-ger"
