Oracle prediction: Your big worries will slide right off your back, but ignore that advice about not sweating the small stuff.

Extremely useful against aether pure decks if they make use of elite phase dragons as their only source of damage: a powerful shield, that can block many dragons and big creatures, and discourages your opponent from playing them. Has a nice synergy with earth: Protect it and use plate armors on your opponent's creatures (the dangerous ones) so that they are all blocked. If you have gravity creatures, don't be afraid of your opponent stealing it: even though most gravity creatures are "heavy" (high HP), momentum will help them getting past it.

One of the shields I like most. It´s a shield, which is underrated in my opinion.
I like it, when an opponent plays nightfall for his unuppgraded dragons and gets blocked by the shield.
Or when the opponent forgets the 5 HP barrier and uses ´grow´ or ´blessing´ one time too much.
Has nice synergy with Otyughs.

This shield is VASTLY underappreciated.
I decided to "drop" back in

Completely agree with everyone here, shield is hugely underused. I like the reverse way it goes about things and it fits perfectly with the gravtiy theme too.

Theres not many cards that could've pulled a win out so hopeless a situation :D

I don't know where to post this, but the CPU has trouble with this shield. They would bless/chaos power an Armiago when I had an enchanted one of these out (Eventually it became 40/54, I was fighting destiny). I think this should be fixed. Actually, Destiny had a Beserk Potion Nymph... That would have made more sense to use, to reduce the Armiago's HP. This happened other times, too. So, I think the computer should be programmed not to use bless/chaos power/heal/any other hp increasers I forgot about on any creature with >6 HP when a gravity shield is out. Sorry if this has already been mentioned (I didn't see it anywhere)

armagio is already blocked by the shield, so does it really matter if the AI buffs it?

Well, AI can't be perfect and AI does have many, many weird faults such as antimattering its own malignant cells. This is the case especially with rather unique cards such as Gravity Shield.

Gravity shield is a good card against defending itself by high attack monsters but not so much as a life rush deck which could avoid the shield with no problem of all. Is a good shield but does have it's flaws.

Kinda sad how much people underate it...Especially the newbs in the game. It will save you a lot!!!

I was in a bad situation before...Not as bad Jaxly was in but my enemy took out a Basalt Dragon and a Guardian Angel. The enemy decieded that its a good idea to use 2 blessings and a plate armor on it...FAIL!!! Did I forget to mention that I had a Grav shield out? :))
