I noticed that the most typical form of mono (for PVP at least) has not been posted here, though Scaredgirl's deck does come pretty close.
I chose to go w/o weapons in case of PC, in a world w/o PC titan (or maybe gavel) would be stronger than charger (but not much).
Amongst the monos upped is one of the most well rounded alongside  and  , having answers to all kind of threats.

It was also my MVP in this tournament and would have countered either deck I lost too in the round I lost.

it's good but you have way too much quanta. You have enough quanta to fuel 70 cost, with only 49 in the deck.
-2 quanta +2 just about anything would be more efficient

I know its kinda overquantaed, but I noticed that most of the losses against gold/AI4 or easier opponents come from (supposedly unlikely) 1 pillar draws. That said, switching a pillar or two for a charger and a pull or SoFo is reasonable, especially against opponents where kinda bad hands mean a loss either way.

I'm surprised you don't have a weapon. Gavel or Titan are both fine choices, even with fear of PC.
