Here is a somewhat heretical deck which claims it can rush AI3 effectively by Accelerating unupgraded Sapphire Chargers and Graviton Mercenaries! However, this deck is still not a game-breaking one, so I don't think you are going to be impressed, though rushing with unupped & rareless mono
in 8 turns can be quite impressive indeed!

With a decent draw, this deck can rush AI3 in 8-9 turns, while with a not-so-good draw it may take 11 or more turns. Of course, if it is countered hard or the draw is really screwed, it won't win at all.
Playing priority:
1) Pillars/Pends
2) Sapphire Chargers
3) Graviton Mercenaries
4) Acceleration
Keep in mind that Acceleration can be used as CC effectively against some creatures, however it can be devastating against tough creatures.
* Enemy creatures which are usually CC very well with Acceleration:
Phoenix: Countered very hard. They will deal +2 more damage once, but they will completely die and they can't be reborn from their ashes after that.
Steam Machines (but only if it still has 0 attack): If your opponent plays a Steam Machine and he/she has enough
quanta to buff it each turn, then it is much better to accelerate it. A 0|6 creature with Acceletation is a much smaller threat than a creature which gains +5 attack each turn.
Maxwell Deamons (but only if you are about to Accelerate your creatures): While Accelerated, your Graviton Mercenaries and Chargers will have more attack than health, making them easy pray for Paradox.
Arctic Squids: There is nothing worse than a frozen accelerated creature, so deal with them as soon as possible.
Mother creatures (Firefly Queen, Pharaoh): However,
be careful here! Due to the high health of mother creatures, this can easily turn a Pharaoh or FFQ into a tremendous attacker, so it must be used very wisely.
Weaknesses of this deck:1) Repeating CC, though single CC can be withstood pretty well if not Accelerated.
2) Repeating Mass CC, though still your creatures are about to survive if not Accelerated yet.
3) Decks with great healing capabilities; your Accelerated creatures hit hard, but they die after a few turns. So, a Miracle casted at the last moment it can ruin your whole strategy.
Deck changes:* A Titan, or even a Hammer, can give you decent damage and make your rush quite more effective.
* Other gravity cards may be able to fit in this deck and give it a little greater flexibility.
