Why the novas? I don't think the ai will immolate pheonixes so the immolations might not have been good in this deck.

Schrodinger's Cat kills itself once a turn. You need more than just 6 Boneyards in a massive deck to benefit from death effects though.

I mean, what will the AI use to sacrifice the Phoenixes? The theme of this deck is to sacrifice own's Phoenix.

They won't sacrifice a Phoenix, and Dissipation Shield only uses Entropy Quanta, so the Nova do nothing for the deck.

What was the point of those Anubis? Yes the could quint themselves and get a bonus from the shards of wisdom but you already have immortal creatures that get the bonus and the only other creatures they could quint are the phase salvagers which will die anyway. Also why the phase salvagers? Lastly it doesn't have enough time quantum and not nearly enough aether quantum. I would suggest -6 Time Factorys -3 Anubis -2 Phase Salvagers +11 aether pillars.
