I've seen a lot of rainbow decks using fallen elf. They'll use time mark, hourglasses, mindgate, feral bonds, boneyards, firefly queen, pharaoh, quint, stuff like that, and PA some good shields while they stall you to death or swarm you with mutants. It might be hard to build a good one, but it'll be a fun deck to play against, at least.
