this week i got a message during submit my score, that i will get a gold medal for an awsome week.
What can i do with this medal and where is it?

I think it's just the score system's way of saying good job.  You don't actually get anything from it.

its the scoring over at moochi games. By getting highscores at games who use their service in some way you can obtain medals. Ive goten loads of medals by entering scores but they count for nothing since i dont have a profile over at moochi games.
