3000 card limit Correct? https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=20793.msg264479#msg264479
« on: February 05, 2011, 02:29:36 am »
You can only have 3000 cards in your collection correct? If you were to have 6 of every card upped, and unupped, and then 24 of all pillars/pendulums, would you be over that limit? I couldnt imagine a dek needing more than 24 of any pillar, and Im wanting to just buy all the unupped versions of cards so I will have a full unupped collection, then slowly work on the upped. I dont want to fill my card limit though then have to resell things.

A message will be shown, that the system can't save more than 3000 cards. If you are going off, you are losing all card to 3000 cards are reached.

Yep 3000 is the limit.  You won't have enough room for 24 Towers/Pends of each element unfortunately.  And with new cards getting released and that maximum not getting increased, you'll have to be even more careful with the cards you upgrade.  Aside from :life I'm upgrading my Pillars/Pends last, I suggest you do the same.

:o that's bad... I mean, it's confirmed? IMO the amount of cards is higher than that, and I REALLY want to have 6 of each (upped/unupped) one day.

Haven't some players achieved the epicness of all cards? (12 of each)

ninja'd... That would mean less pillars/pends... Sh**

Maybe some of these guys have 3000 cards:

http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,9584.0.html (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,9584.0.html)

Confirmed by Zanzarino :D

- A maximum of 3000 stored cards can be saved on the database. If you have more than 3000 cards the game will not save.

Actually, Zanz may think about increasing the limit to 4000 cards in the near future.

We might see an increase in storage space :D

[22:47:59] Theonlyrealbeef: btw zanz, any chance storage will increase next update? :D I'm trying to go trainer-like but don't have the card storage space.
[22:48:27] zanzarino: I can move it up to 4K
[22:48:41] Theonlyrealbeef: Yes please :)
[22:48:47] zanzarino: The limit is there mostly to keep corrupted accounts from messing with the database

So, how far over would we hypothetically there was 6 of each and 24 pend/pillars? *goes to the wiki to try to find out*

edit
Jsut realized the trainer shows it. 3324 cards. Then theres 4 in development, so that would be 48 more.

Yeah, the limit needs to be raised...

Right now, Imma go on ahead and try to get the 6/24 of every unupped card. Itll be a while before Im close by any means to breaking 3000 anyways lol
