I wanted to know this because currently I am using a earth rush deck to farm lvl 3's and the occasional t50. I was thinking of switching to an mono aether phasedragon/sheild combo for level 5 and i was wondering if it would be possible to win upgraded cards from the level 5 before i personally upgraded my first card.

My best bet you can win them, yes.

This, or after you get the possiblity of upgrading cards and fighting FGs, but you don't have to take the first step.

I think you can win them, as they come like every other card... but it would be nice to test that...

Still, what do you prefer. Sure upgraded card win, 60 base reward and fairly low win rate or a higher win rate but lower base reward and unsure upgrade wins?

Winning upgraded cards from lvl 5 is possible, if you havent done the 500 score quest.
