Puppy Chow's T50 deck played an elemental mark as a card. It changed his mark so he had a "x2" like a L5/FG deck.

I just thought this was weird. Can someone explain this?

I think thats the mark card that you get from winning weekly pvp tournys

Semi-correct. You can win one from the tourny if you come in first place. Otherwise, the only way to receive one is from winning one in the t50, which is very rare since not a lot of people have these cards.
