Which quest is best to grind for score?

Ummm. Sorry but that doesn't make much sense. You can't grind quests at all. They are one time deals. Your best bet to get score to complete quests is to grind AI3.

As mentioned above, grinding level 3 is the best way to get score because the games are very fast and easy to beat compared to the higher levels. 

Life is a great deck to grind level 3 with.   I used 12 pillars, 6  Horned Frog, 6 Cockatrice, 3 heals and 3 Adrenaline.  Winning percentage is 90%+, games are usually under 10 turns with a decent amount of masteries.  Swap out Adrenaline for Heals to increase the number of masteries or swap out Heals for Adrenaline to decrease the number of turns per game.

Ok so personally i found T50 the best to grind on for a couple of reasons:

 1. You get better options in the spins at the end.
 2. You can beat them just as fast as the Lvl 3 as the AI doesn't you a human deck very well (no synergy use)
 3. You get more points (from what I understand points=electrum gained)
 4. You also have the oppurtunity to hit up a rare card made farm (some T50's leave a rare card deck open for us to farm rares off)

Thats my opinion but you would need a decent deck to do it and Life is able to relatively easily if you use the right set.

Btw, Rahlious is right about the deck, a great setup.
