Yeah, that entire thing was just an elaborate way to basically say "Pulvy and Poseidon shouldn't really be on a list of QC, EQ maybe but still iffy"

Pulvy shouldn't be there, but Earthquake and Poseidon are absolutely quanta control. Their only real purpose is destroying cards that give quanta (ignoring Poseidon's 4 damage, on the low end of rare weapons - but that's not a focus of the card).

I also struggle with you having Pulverizer but not Deflagration. Why one and not the other? They both cost 3 (2 upgraded) quanta to destroy a target permanent. In a way, Pulverizer is just Deflagration on a stick swapping Gravity quanta cost and Fire quanta cost.
And while PC can be used as a form of QD, you're starting to make a stretch for what it means to be the most hated QD mechanism. You might as well include Steal and Butterfly Effect at that point.
The reason Earthquake is PC that counts as QD is because it specifically only targets quanta generating permanents. So ultimately I think Pulverizer should also be removed.
Shard of Focus is the most difficult for me to decide whether it should stick around as a possibly most hated. It's just general PC, but then it does become a Black Hole, but you already have Black Hole on the list... I would go with removing Shard of Focus from the list, but it's certainly a stickier one.

This deck used the mechanic very well, but it's broken now SoFo costs in-element quanta.
Basically, you enforce the ai to play a certain (useless) creature, causing it not to have any quanta for other things.

I believe there is the 'suspicious' code against that now as well? AI treats nmed creatures as Suspicious, and might not play them at all. This even happens in case of sparks/RoLs, prolly more likely for 6 cost SoFos?
