Where would you guys be without the forums for Elements?

Basically, if you never came here, would your deck/score/electrum count still be the same?

I'll be honest; the first time I played this game I was using the starter deck given to fight AI3s... although that was a long time ago, even before the sundial nerf.

If it weren't for the forums, my score would be ~2000 right now tbh, electrum ~500 (might have overexaggerated a little). If it weren't for the forums, I also wouldn't have been introduced to the world of incredibly strong decks. Why, I'm sure if I never stumbled upon the forum I would still be grinding AI3 with an unupped shrieker rush. Rol/Hope, CCYB, Grabbix, etc. never would have even crossed my mind if I hadn't come here.

I had engineered a somewhat decent RoL/Hope deck before I came here. I'd be with less score and less electrum and less upped cards, but I'd be progressing.

Oddly enough, I think my score/electrum has come to a halt because the forums seem to absorb a considerable amount of my time.  Before I came across the forums my score increased in 10k increments minimum each day.  Now I'm lucky if I squeeze in 1k.  But I really don't mind.  I like to think that the amount of time I put in here allows other people to play the game with even more passion than I used to.

Creating new cards is FAR more enjoyable for me than playing the game, which is a grindfest.  I've designed 23 cards to this date, 3 of which (soon to be 4, probably) have made it into the Armory.  I give plenty of feedback on others' cards too, and have the most contact with users like Zblader and OldTrees.

Without a doubt, if I weren't around making new cards, I'd have given up the game by now.

The game is only a grindfest if you choose to grind.

I only play the actual game for PvP events/tourneys. I post in the forums about other things, of course. But without forums, I would've left a while ago.

Same as dd.  To me, Elements was the car and the forums were the gas and fuel.  Without the forums, I would not "run" on the game.

I would still be playing elements also there would of been a forums regardless because there was the older forums that we had which we all moved to this forums site but before the older one we had the flashkit forums.

... and probably wouldn't even play elements anymore.
