Chaos Power Changed?

Well... It's just something I noticed, but Chaos Power seems to be giving +0-5/+0-5 (May even be +1-5/+1-5) now, anyone able to confirm this?

I'm unsure about the mutant stats, but I believe that's also +0-5/+0-5 as well.

I Chaos Power'd the Werewolves on the top and bottom row, and you can see that the bottom one got +2/+5. A few of the others confirm that the minimum is still 0, however. Of course, it could be +0-4/+0-5. Haven't seen a +5 attack yet.

It's +0+5/+1-6 I do believe. So average +2.5/+3. This has always been the case.

I do not think it is overpowered mainly because it is inconsistent. It is cheaper than Blessing because of this. Risk vs reward and all that jazz you know.

I know, but previously (Unless it was changed a while back and I'm just a nub) it was +0-4/+0-4, like mutants. ofc, it may have been like this since 1.14, and I;m just being an idiot.

No, it was (and probably is) +(0-4)|+(1-5), so kinda like a mutant boost plus one guaranteed HP.
True from 1.13 at least, dunno about earlier, and I've not seen anything to indicate that it's changed.
