It came out blessed. Didnt't have the quanta to mutate first 2 turns. When I finally got a supernova, I was all out of elves.

Ah, ouch. Yeah, it really sucks when you don't have enough quanta to take out a threat (for example, having an oty out but 0 for 5-6 turns despite having 10 quantum towers out)

Yeah, I tend to get a lot of 0-1 attack creatures with momentum too

EDIT:

Chaos Lord got a 16/10 phoenix with 1 : destroy on his second turn. How am I supposed to have a chance against that?

Just occurred to me that this is possible- Chaos Lord is packing chaos power, so... 7|1 (starting phoenix stats) + 4|4 (max mutation buff) + 5|5 (IIRC, this is the highest possible buff for CP) = 16|10- i.e. Chaos Lord got very lucky (and that does happen sometimes)

My guess is he looked away and missed it. Chaos Lord does have a tendency to CP whatever's on the field as soon as he gets it (lucky him, drawing it that turn so he could mutate the photon first)
