Two possibilites:
A firefly was mutated, and it had Dejavu as an ability. After using it, an ability-less Firefly remained.

It was then Antimattered and Blessed until it had 0 attack.

It was a mutant, and Antimatter was used on it.  Blessing/Rage/Chaos Power was not used.

You pretty much got it, but you put in an extra step.
Antimattered a 5|3 mutant which then used Lycanthropy.

Yeah, one time I gave the AI an 8/10 Collosal Dragon with Megablaze when I "mutated" his 2nd Anubis. His first Anubis then Quinted it! Really annoying.

... i used.. improved mutation which was mindgated from chaos lord.. on my 0/5 otyugh.. it became a 3/0 spark with immaterial.. talk about flippin' useless.. :\

I also once mutated an AI's scarab into a burrowed creature with  Steal. It ended up stealing a bunch of Shards. Really really annoying

Queen --> firefly --> improve --> 11/10 golden dragon with lycantrophy --> 16/15 golden dragon --> twin universe --> 19/19 golden dragon with paradox

after 2 months of playing i managed to mutate an another burrowed nymph, which was actually a burowed graboid with evolve

this happened to me yesterday using Mutation.. not improve.. on one of my skeletons or it was a firefly i dont remember.. now normally a voodoo doll would be cool to get.. but this one sucked.. it was literally useless..

The best I've ever gotten was a dragon with ~12 attack and deja vu, and it deja vu'd into ANOTHER dragon with ~12 attack that had steal. That was a short fight.

But Chaos Lord got today a 13|5 bone dragon with freeze, how coldharted can it be
