My favorite elements currently are Aether and Death.
My favorite cards are aflatoxin,unstable gas,phoenix,schrödingers cat,lobotomizer,phase dragons and dimensonal shield.

I'm fond of Gravity and Death myself.

My favorite cards are Graviton Mercenary(the way he looks, he's so bad), Lava Golem (which I often name when they get big enough) and Arsenic (useful and cool)

My favourite card is Mindgate, without question.  I absolutely love being able to get cards from my opponent to use against them.  In longer games, Mindgate can produce some extremely interesting results by combining cards not normally used together, some of which I've posted in various other threads about the arena.\

I don't think I have a favourite element.  They've all got their strengths and weaknesses, and there's at least something I like about each one.

Don't really have a specific favorite element. I prefer rainbows, and cheap beatsticks from each element like charger, frog, and recluse.

Favorite element:  :air by far. It just fits my personality.

Favorite card: Sanctuary. Really underused, and underestimated, but does a fine job of countering quite a few of the popular decks out there.
