What would you do if you encounter "hard" gods?

OK. First of all we all know that FGs are suppose to be hard, and a deck with win rate of 40-50% is generally acceptable. There are certain popular decks that "grinds" FGs, and each of them has advantage over different gods. For example rainbow decks are bad against rushy FGs and denial ones, while RoL/Hope or Voodoo deck can get rid some of them rather easily.

What I want to say is recently I am running the Lone Crusader deck. In the last 4 days I've been playing like 50 games against FGs, and I managed to lose ALL of them. I see my electrum count drops straight from 3.2k to 1.6k.

I would not consider myself as a newbie player so it is definitely not my playing strategy that cause all those losses. What I noticed is that in these 4 days, the FGs I encountered are all equipped with PC, or denial/rush combo. Actually I can name all the FGs that I fight in these 4 days, they are Akebono, Chaos Lord, Dark Matter, Divine Glory, Dream Catcher, Graviton, Fire Queen, Obliterator, Scorpio and Seism. Notice As you can see this is such a small range of selection of the gods (10/29), yet I often encounter them in a trio way (e.g. Chaos Lord -> Graviton -> Obliterator -> Chaos Lord again... etc.)

I know everyone ought to be unlucky in some days, but I just can't find any other thing that can cause me such a devastating frustration. Yes I might be complaining, but I really can't think of anything else I can do. So why not tell me what would you do if you face such a frustration?

If I get into a large losing streak, I either switch up my deck (I've actually been itching to play with a large Timebow for quite a while now), or I play a different mode (AI3/T50/AI5) instead. If I feel particularly fed up, then I just call it quits for the day.

Sometimes, if you feel that the RNG is being sticky, try refreshing and clearing the cache -- that should generate a new random seed for the RNG.

Sometimes it happens to lose some games in the row. Of course 50 is something more than the usual. I could say there are 2 possible ways something like that happened.
1.You have to change the deck you play. After v.1.27 the percentage has fall. In my opinion from 50% it reached 40%. This is with the deck I play. Some other decks might have smaller percentage.
2.The other is the strategy. When you change a deck you have to learn some tricks that have to do with an opponent. For example Seism deck. I had lost all the times that I played with him. (10-15 games) until I thought the obvious… You must not play more then one Tower until he spends the earthquake he has. Now he is one of the FG I usually win. I have never read strategies how to play with each FG. This one I find it by myself. Of course there are much more strategies. This one is an example.

So, there is not only the possibility the deck it is not good but there is and the possibility that the deck has different strategy with some opponent. Last but not least all decks has their opponent they can’t win. You played with only 10 opponents. It might be these 4 days very unlucky days in your element carrier. The first day I played with v1.27 I lost much more games then before. I was playing always with the opponents I afraid more.

After 1.27 I played about 150 games with AI6. I didn't meet Serket even once. For I moment stopped believing that he exists. He finally revealed himself to me today.

i think one of the harder gods is jezebel. funny though, you'd have thought she'd be quite easy to beat what with just 1 Protect Artifact completely killing her strategy.

I went about 2-3 days without winning a card from fg's with my fully upped fg deck about 3 weeks after I started playing.  I was so irritated, I upped a shrieker rush and started playing AI3 so I would always have a steady income.  I encouraged other to do the same.  Soon I switched to a life rush.  Then I wondered which was faster.  Then I made a ttw study to see if a shrieker rush or a life rush was faster.  Soon I discovered an EM deck as part of the ttw.  Others also followed.  To the T50 we all went.  What is an fg again?

if i get frustrated, i play different modes, like ai3, t50, or pvp.

when all gets too hard i would suggest a fun deck. one that has a different outcome each time e.g. using a mindgate deck on ai5 or something to relax you a bit and give you some electrum. personally i like to "bully" PvP1s by using rapid killers or really annoying decks and asking them if the want any advice . they hate it

How to grind FGs 101 (if you want speed):
-skip all gods you feel will be hard
-don't spend more than 30 seconds to calculate
-don't fuss over electrum loss

I use this when farming with shakars, so far, it's working out for me (I get about 6k electrum if I farm nonstop for an hour)

is it just luck of the draw or does the large time FG deck do better that the smaller ones e.g. CCYB or shak? mind you i've not done a huge amount of tests but it seems that if they're made well they stand a better chance.

no, it's not luck
timebows generally have higher win rate
but ccyb and shakars are faster, which is why they are used more

If its dark matter, i quit, hermes or rainbow i'll stay for if i have a good hand.
