AI change: permanent prioritization

For a long while, I have been relying on the AI's targeting Electrum Hourglasses over all other targets.  Last I checked, this AI rule is still standard advice in many deck threads ("Your other permanents are safe if...").  The AI has been upgraded.  I decked out after a FG used its last explosion on my Eternity instead of an Electrum Hourglass.

Seems like Eternity become priority #1 while Hourglasses become #2.

This doesn't really affect me much, since I always play Eternity with Protect Artifact. Has Pulverizer priority been changed?

As far as I've seen the only perm with higher priority than hourglass is Eternity. I believe that change was made at the same time as making AI use Eternity to stop decking out.

how about mindgate and phase shield?
which one will be boomed first?

I'm pretty sure mindgate was when I was testing Zeru's deck, but that was about a week ago so I'm not positive.
