some weeks ago i took this screenie since i thought it was kinda cute

but then i thought, had i played that sundial or if i bring out another creature, what would happen?

i found out myself  :D with boneyards the skellies just dont get generated. if you try to summon a creature from your hand or from say a ffq, it tells you there are no creature slots available. presumably a similar message is also shown for permanents if there's no space left.
permanents just stack, except weapons and shields

Well, presumably something similar would happen for permanents if you fill both rows.

Permaments just stack onto the full row, about a fourth of an icon down from the top of established permaments halfway between two of them.

Creatures just don't generate/get wasted if the field is full.  Just as well, my comp gets a little slow when my field is full.
