well if im bored, then i'd get of the computer and go do something else.

other than that, i like messing with my opponents with ultra-control decks in pvp1.

I don't grind. I nearly exclusively play for fun, which is why I serverly lack in score, upped and rares, and the ability to make opposing pvpers take me seriously.

I've spent more time on this deck than any other:

4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vk 4vk 4vk 4vk 4vk 4vk 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 5l9 5l9 5l9 5l9 5l9 5l9 61o 61o 61o 61q 61q 61q 61q 61q 61r 61r 61r 61r 61t 61t 61u

Not because it's good at winning, but because having a juiced-up purple dragon with the devour ability on the first turn of the game is the kind of thing that reminds me why I play this game.

When you're not grinding to improve your collection and you're just chilling and having fun, what do you like to do?
Go outside.

Seriously though for in-Elements fun I really enjoy PvPing with friends while using random decks we come up with on the spot. One fun challenge is choosing 2 (or 3 or 4) elements and then both players have to design a deck that uses those and only those ... just to see who's the better deckmaker.

In general I don't find the grinding bad anyway, since I rotate between lots of different decks even when grinding, and I never do it for more than about an hour at a time.

Trolling PvP1 with this:

When I'm not gaining much electrum, I'm buying decks and trying them out. I'll try any opponent for that. Usually not the FG's, because that's too hard. I only made 2 or 3 FG decks, but they were all known concepts in the end.

The 100 HP opponents are different to play. The game is much faster actually. It takes a special deck to play it.
Shards aren't overpowered, as long as you have them yourself.

I just go crazy and make a deck up on the spot then test it out on PvP1 or AI3!

I do something similar. Back in the days of the old forums and meebo chat, I came up with various limited PvP formats (4/40, 3/30, trio-only, quad-only, etc.) to play with friends. Cokeandaspirin, nDuL and myself came up with the ones I mentioned, specifically. All kinds of fun.

My favorite activity is going onto PVP1 (sometimes PVP2) with utterly off-the-wall decks and seeing how many people I can pwn because they just don't see it coming.
This. I sort of see it like making PvP 1 a tougher place to condition the new troops. Adaptive decks like Graboid/SS and Adrenavamps with Parasites and Stalkers under Nightfall are examples of stuff I use to terrorise.

When I get bored grinding I like to go into PvP2 with totally unupped rush decks and see how many upped decks I can beat.  Same for t50 and FGs.  Lame maybe, but I enjoy the challenge of trying to find ways to beat fully upped decks without any ups myself.
Carpe Diem!!
