What do you do for fun (in game)?

When you're not grinding to improve your collection and you're just chilling and having fun, what do you like to do?


My favorite activity is going onto PVP1 (sometimes PVP2) with utterly off-the-wall decks and seeing how many people I can pwn because they just don't see it coming.

Because everyone saw the quick nothing-creature spam and either decided I was a newb and ignored them or blew their CC on Gnome Riders and Dragonflies -- and then when Luci and Poker Jr. hit the table, they were like "whaa?"  And then three turns later when I spammed Dragons at them, they were like "*gurk!*".

I love stuff like that. 8)

Partly because it's always funny when your opponent can't do anything, and partly because they usually leave meaning the game doesn't take as long.

I use the Death starter deck and play against AI2 to relive old times.  Who doesn't want to celebrate when one finally draws that Otyugh when there are tons of death benefits on the field?

I improvise on the ai3.  I'll build a random deck by saying Im going to build a  / duo, for example.  Today, I built a  / duo using Nymph's Tears to get green nymphs for adrening blue crawlers.  Here's the deck:

I gain upgrades so that I can try (most of them already possible) the following:

- Play all starter decks upgraded.
- Play all AI3 decks upgraded.
- Play modified False God decks (Demagog's Competition (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,11967.0.html)
- Play Zodiac decks upgraded(Zodiac decks tourney (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,16548.0.html))

etc.

Funny deck Essence ... need to try that some time.

For fun, if I actually have time for that, I usually craft off decks that funk around some
not so efficient mechanic and play them in PvP2 and against T50.
They are mostly heavy Stall or Charge-decks, take forever to develop and often don't even work all that good. 

E.g.:

Dragon-Galeria -> Do nothing for like 12 turns and get comments like "You gonna play something?", then blow up that pesky shield and spam an upped dragon galeria. (Bonus-points for casting at least 10 different dragons within 3 turns, toughest part is to keep the poor guy alive)

Clay-Army -> fractal gemstoners and build quanta while sitting behind a PAed Diamond shield and casting stoneskins, then fractal a steel-golem and relive the golden times of the chinese emperors

Fist of God -> still a secret, has actually developed into a viable Charge-deck with the biggest BOOOM I have ever seen, the road to the deck as it is now has been quite a "just for fun"-thing though

Deja-TU with variations -> always a nice surprise for me and the opponent, hahaha

Water-decks + Xtras -> water critters are among my favourite ones themewise:
load up on squids + some SoGs and play a totally off duo by adding like 8 time-cards, or darkness, or ... ooor give it just one more shot to make a darn poseidon-deck work

Generally, if I'm bored of grinding in real game, I mess around with decks I see around on the forums or come up with new combinations. For example I used a / deck the other day with Tears, Squids, Turtle Shield, and Eternity and went into PvP1. It gave me quite the laughs

6 purple drags, 3 discords, 2 pandas, 6 BH, grav mark, lots of entropy pends.(unupped)(ill add deck image-thingy later, im tired and dont want to open teh game or teh trainer)
It utterly pwns monos and duos(which seems to be all i face in pvp2)

This might sound strange, but if I really want to chill, I go kill AI5's (Halfbloods) for some time. They mostly are easy wins, with a chance of a good card, pretty chill, don't have to hurry etc.

I tear up T50 with random decks.  Then I wait until the "Finding a worthy opponent..." screen shows up and refuses to load a game and declare: "NONE ARE WORTHY!!"
