What deck did you start with?

Time and Eternity. It was a wise choice.

I started with because... my favorite element is crystal, but I rarely see games with crystal as a separate element, so I chose the closest thing... then I chose Pulverizer as my quest reward, because judging by description it seemed the best one... then I won an eternity while grinding AI3 (my first rare won xD ), and that was approximately the time I started reading wiki/forum, so seeing that rainbow+eternity is generally advised I switched to rainbow... since then I also tried mono aether and a few rainbow and time/something (like time/gravity, time/darkness, time/life, time/light/gravity) decks, and right now I am using a pillarless rainbow grinder (credit goes to plastiqe)
I am trying to find a balance between grinding and something fun (for me it means a control deck), developing towards a nice FG deck and some ideas of my own... and right now it usually ends in switching decks all the time, upgrading the wrong cards, selling the wrong cards, switching marks too often etc... and spending too much time on forums and playing in trainer too I guess

Well, I started with  and fell in love at first sight with my Otys, but it was a slow deck and I HAD to try other options.

So I went with rainbow FFQ, won 50 and, as I started to change the deck, lost 10 times in a row. Second reboot :p

Then, it was  and it's lava golems powered by immolated free photons (Expendable little creatures, I love them ^^)... but there was not enough speed in that either =(

So now, after finding out about the true nature of Element, I'm playing  / (For the steals) and farming AI5 since a few days ago

TL;DR

I started on the other forum the original Sigh as a  , and was hooked, but then I started to see that way back then water was too weak.

So then I decided that I would make a new account, and named it Sigh2 (I reasoned that Sigh was #1). I chose Gravity since it seemed the most balanced at the time, plus I fell in love with Otys the moment I saw them in the list of creatures. Played that for a while, but got bored. Around this time I left he forum version of the game and came to the oficial site.

I decided to make YET another acount, Sigh3,  . I tried to make it work with gravity (this was before scarabs ) but it didn't work out so well. Around this time SG had just come out with her Rainbow deck, so I used 3 to make it her rainbow, with a couple adjustments. This is my most successful account to date.

Then a couple months ago I started to lose interest in Elements, but I didn't want to. So I made Sigh1,  , and decided to make my "fun deck:" specifically a mutation one since every game would be different. This deck soon lost its focus due to crappy makement, so I decided a week or so ago to make it a FFQ deck, with a fire and air nymph thrown in and a couple of the FFQ upped to make  .

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I really started off with Aether, because it's just so awesome.
But I instead chose because of its description (very balanced, et cetera). I was playing with the beginner's deck, which I later modified to provide quanta to be able to Inflate my Puffers. It was one of the most horrible decks I've played.

After quitting and restarting, I went for an deck. It was also pretty lame, using Abominations as the main offense and Maxwell's and Dissipation Shield for defense. After choosing a Discord for my rare weapon, I realized that I was again headed nowhere.

That was when I restarted for the third time and went for a deck. Chargers, Otyughs, and Gravity Shield made for a slow but fun game. I chose Pulverizer as my rare weapon and modified my mono- to allow for its use, but quickly shed it to make way for my first rainbow.

The rest is history.

I've always felt an affinity for  and  , but mostly for  .

So of course I chose  for my starter, regardless of balance. I quickly modified it to make the Chrysaora poison deck, which was a lot of fun.  I don't consider myself a  kind of person but the indirect playstyle suited me. I gave it up for Ye Olde Reinbowe, then for Ye Newe Olde Reinbowe after the Sundial nerf, but I'm really starting to hate rainbows now.

I think the next step will be a  / duo deck. I have no idea if that's even viable, but it will be fun trying to make it work.

Aether: Seemed to slow even with spiders so I reset my account and tried Fire.  Got bored and tried a bunch of other stuff from FFQ swarm to Life rush.  Lots of fun decks out there to try.

Started out  and then realized that wasn't going anywhere so switched to  / (this was at about 300 score or something).  I really liked forest spirits. But then after getting repeatedly owned by the FFQ AI3 (I did fair against all the other ones) I switched to a FFQ deck (I was also pwnt by the poison AI but I didn't like poison so...). But it definitely wasn't optimized and during this time I chose druid staff as my weapon since it fit.

Then I kept getting owned by rainbow decks in pvp and decided to make my own, not yet knowing they could farm FGs. Then I found SG's old deck on the forums and from there took off.

Oh, and at one point I sold my druid staff to get money for an upgrade >_<.

I picked Gravity . I had no idea of how effective it would be. At first I had trouble with getting a decent AI3 strategy, but once I found the official forums I began doing better. I now have one gravity speed deck, the basic Shrieker deck and SG's unupped rainbow. The only upgraded cards I have are two Otys, an Antlion, a Graboid and two Stone towers. >_>

Lately the game has been running rather slow so I haven't played much. Not a single FG win though, so I won't be upgrading more cards soon =(

i picked  at first, built a abomination deck and felt a bit inferior to the ai3 and pvp . i switched to  and built up ffq deck and farmed ai3. i ended up saving money to realize SG's unupped FG grind. in between i tried  / grabbo deck and felt in love 
stepped back to rainbow fg to farm electrum. got fully upgraded 40er rainbow now. its time for some more fun/duo decks now

i started in kong (one of those not trolls ) and played death, hardly started, but wanted to try the fullsize version. Anyway, i then accidentaly played with darkness, it was pretty good, but it didnt help me grind nor pvp. i searched a few forums for grinding/pvp and i got a earth deck, cuztomized it, was happy then i started a life deck, still in construction. Maybe next in order Aether,Darkness,Fire,Gravity.
