What card do you hate your opponent having the most?

Nightmare. Mostly seen in Ghostmare, and it happens to be my most hated deck to play against. I rarely win against it (I play only arena though), getting drawblocked 4+ turns in a row with only GotP's in hand and as soon as you can play one it gets Reverse Timed. If I see a Ghostmare with double draw I sometimes just quit the whole game before second turn Chances of winning are very slim without a great draw.

Nightmare for me as well. There are more devastating ones, like fire storm on a RoL/Hope deck, but the nightmare (especially with GoP) is just plain annoying. Sometimes I quit even if I still have a good chance to win, it annoys me so much, ruins the fun of the game for me, so I'd rather play a different match.

I actually beat Akebono when he pulled chimera on me.  I was using the voodoo-panic deck, but for Akebono I usually switch tactic and copy his largest accelerated dragon, than basilisk blood the original. I still collect damage from other dragon on a voodoo using gravity pull and I had to stall him with sundial, which I put out just before he pulled the chimera. The sundial stopped it from killing me, so I had time to put a basilisk blood on the chimera and proceeded to kill him in 2-3 turns later using the copied accelerated dragon.

I have to admit, Ghostmare is a deck which automatically gets a thumbs down from me if it beats me.  That and any rainbow are the only two things I ever give a thumbs down to.

Not all Rainbows are the annoying Speedbow types. My favorite deck is a Rainbow deck that focuses on Mindgate. That said, it's slow and deliberate. Every win I have to fight for. I really am only Rainbow to make sure that I can play what I draw with Mindgate. Now, that having been said, I roll my eyes when I see several Supernovas followed by a complete dumping of hand on cheap stuff and varied effects like Explosion, Black Hole, etc.

On topic, I hate hate hate Quanta denial strategies. Black Hole and Quicksand are the quickest ways to get me to drop.

yeah, well, bummer is that i don't always bring 6 sundials, but if i do, it's in my modded upped SG-bow (cue meme here) XD

I think this is really two questions in one:  which card do you hate (but often use yourself)... and which card do you hate (and never use yourself)

Hate but often use:  dim shield, obviously.
(Dishonourable mentions:  reverse time, otyguh, maxwell's demon)

Hate and never use:  Dusk Mantle, Fog Shield:  the text on the cards is obviously wrong!!  Their block percentage is much higher than written!  At the same time, they're far too unreliable to use in one's own deck!
(Dishonourable mentions for the exact same reason: skull shield, thorn carapace)
