Has multiple uses. I LOVE multiple uses (hence why I think you should be able to RoF/Plague/Thunderbolt yourself).
Not situational if you know how to use it.

  I choose Rain of Fire. Cool card with lots of synergies, and it is always fun to kill your opponents creatures .

Farenheit and Rage Potion are currently tied.

The good thing about these choices are that one has an impressive synergy with several cards (Rage Potion), while the other can incorporate a table to help fill out the article in the wiki section (Farenheit). In either case, these two choices are much better than say, Explosion, which is pretty generic as a whole to write about. ^^;;;

Hoping that someone can be the tiebreaker so that I (or BS) can starting analyzing.
