My vote goes to drain life. It's the only spell that can deal direct damage to your opponent and heal you at the same time. It can also be used as creature control. And with devourers and towers, you can get a buildup of quanta for a finishing blow

Just coming off a close loss to Decay, I really can't decide. I would've won if s/he didn't have Dusk out, or if s/he didn't cancel out the healing from my bonds+shards using a 48+ damage Siphon, our perhaps if s/he didn't steal my first hourglass... I guess I'll vote for LS because of its variety of uses. It would make the most interesting article among the options.

Voted vampire.  It's my favorite darkness card (for obvious reasons), although I also like drain life and liquid shadow.

FYI, (I didn't say BTW) Devourers take 2 turns to pay off. Pillars/Towers take -1/0

I voted for Gargoyle | Gargoyle.

Also I changed the placing of the featured card. Now it's on the top-right corner of the front page. I think this place is better because it kind of got lost under all the articles.

Voted liquid shadow, because it (and devourer) have the biggest chance of beating steal. And I guess in the end I prefer liquid shadow.

The new wording of the question might not make a huge difference in the outcome, but it is defienitely an improvement.

AHHHH! All of them are so annoying! I'm voting for gargoyle, because it doesn't steal anything and is not too poverfull to survive with a couple of SoGs on the feild.

You can't really write an analysis on a card that hasn't even come out yet. Why put pressure on the wiki editor to find these types of tips of 'new' cards that are still in development and are subject to change anyway?

Nightmare and Voodoo Doll will have their turn to shine soon enough, so don't worry about it.

Darkness is all about stealing your opponent's strength and resources. I actually think that Gargoyle is better suited as an Earth creature.

Um... Devourer and Steal are tied. What do I do, flip a coin? ???

Or do I just be selfish and biased, and choose the card I voted for (Devourer)?
