I agree with your first suggestion, disagree completely with your second. For non-t50, only nymphs and marks should turn into relics.

its actually pretty hard for a new player to get a hold of rares. Their decks arent good enough for higher end grinding. They have to rely on oracle spins and their reward for the 500 score quest, as well as the slim chance of a rare from ai3.
as for the veterans, i think there should be plenty of more rares. but then there would be new common cards to balance it out. but then people would want more rares.

New False Gods are going to be near impossible to beat for newer players like me.  Don't get me wrong, I started playing in Fall 2009, but I haven't been able to invest the time to grind the electrum necessary to build an FG grinder.  As it appears now, I will finish around June or so.  When these new cards are implemented, the FG's will probably be updated to include them.  This puts players at a further disadvantage because if they are rare, then the FG's will get them much faster than the players.

EDIT:  I also agree with Raptor.  In my personal experience, I gained most of my cards from grinding T-50.  However, it took me a long time to build a deck that could beat the speedbows and other FG decks.  It is not as easy as most veteran players believe to collect the rares.

I agree with his last comment or 2, but the others, it may just be me, but I only have around 800-850 score fron grinding AI3's, but I have 6 MIRACLES, 2 LOBOTOMIZERS, 2 PURPLE NYMPHS, AN ARCTIC SQUID OR 2, 2 PULVERIZERS, A NYMPH QUEEN, and an assortment of other rares, ALL FROM AI3'S!!!

I wouldn't know if that's normal, as I've only had one account, but I think that that's fairly good...
at least enough to build a decent deck around.

you can't get those cards in spins - but only from the oracle.

I've been playing 18months and have 1 nymphs - that's it.

I'd pretty happily trade you 3 of every regular rare in the game for your three nymphs.

yeah - it is possible to gain all the rares in the game from T50 farming - it took me about a week on chat asking for the farms I needed and grinding like crazy to collect 6 of each rare from scratch. and I still didn't get 6 SoR.

so while its possible it does take a fair bit of work

Yeah, jen…shards are really 'rare' these days. I need 3 more SoRs, but I have around…30, maybe even more SoGs 
And god…I made this accont a month ago and now I hav a couple of fully upped decks, all rares, 3 nymphs and over 1000 cards....how can't you do that for a year ?

It is not as easy as most veteran players believe to collect the rares.

Considering many of us didn't have farms to use to obtain those rares at all, I think we might have a better idea of exactly how  it is.

I'm not sure why everyone seems to think this, but we didn't just randomly happen upon the rares, we had to work for ours too.

Wha chu talkin bout? Its ridiculously easy to get rares atm, you can easily get 1-3 per hour by farming the top 50. Remember, they're called "rare" for a reason

My current wishlist
1. More cards (standard )
2. A buff for time and perhaps water, they're looking a lil weak atm
3. A modification to the trainer allowing players to build decks for the ai to use. This can allow you to counters to certain decks (rush, ccyb, rol/hope etc). Also useful in pvp events if you discover your opponents decks beforehand
4. A way to make rare cards rarer. Ideally i'd like to see rare cards as rare as nymphs. Perhaps by limiting rare cards to tournament prizes and oracle spins?
5. MOAR AWESOMENESS!

This would would make me eternally grateful.....well until the next update anyway.

yeah, mabye more alternate arts... im thinking have ONE non-elemental creature, make it nymph-rare.

on an off-topic, mabye have 3 'levels' of rares:

'uncommon rare': weapon rare, commonly gotten from Oracle, spinnable.

' rare rare': arctic squid rare, rarely got from Oracle, uncommonly spinnable.

'super mega ultra rare rare': nymph rare, almost never gotten from Oracle, unspinnable.

I have sold more Nymphs than you both possess combined.  I guess the oracle likes me.  I find the Nymphs to be next to useless in play, so I don't keep 'em.

As far as im aware, there isnt such a thing as

uncommonly spinnable.

In fact, I find it to be easier to get a rare card by farming a T50 than any common card. Which means that the difference between your "uncommon rare" and "rare rare" are negligable as things currently stand. Roll on T500...
