Had that spin myself in one of the first weeks of the Oracle. :(


Also; when it lands on an Other card, it randomly picks a point on the spinner that isn't an exact element, I believe.

No, when it's an other cad, it just stops, wherever the arrow is. If you have the arrow pointing right on another element and press spin it will stop right on that element and still give you an other card.

If its not on an element, it is because the card is an "other" card and thus doesnt fit an element. When the card is "other", the the spinner just stops immediately wherever that is.
