I'm surprised on the PG-13 style rating they gave the game.  It seems a bit odd, though I suppose its the violence that pushes it over?  Also makes it stand out a ton against the other games in the category...

I had the same reaction.

"We will go only as far as indicating the strongest level of content present from all categories combined."

So apparently Element has

"Orange :S = drug references, nudity or sexually explicit content" AND/OR
"Orange :S = violence, and some blood" AND/OR
"Orange :S = some language concerns"

Funny, I'm not seeing any of those... lol. Apparently MTG is a bad game too then x]

Let's make it happen, cap'n!  As great as our community is, I'm sure we can get it up there.

hmm maybe its due to the pvp chat function, that could fit under "some language concerns"

"Orange :S = violence, and some blood" AND/OR

Apparently its the Conflict nature of the game, being Violent and apparently Blood, but I'm hard pressed to wonder why this is above yellow.

"Orange :S = drug references, nudity or sexually explicit content" Alchemy spells and nymphs
"Orange :S = violence, and some blood" Creatures and elementals killing each other
"Orange :S = some language concerns" People in PvP who like to swear
That's what I think of it, although it's pretty weak.

I can't think of a single instance of boobies in Elements, and drugs?  Please.  #1 cannot be the reason.  I can theorize violence, though I still say Pokemon and/or Yu-Gih-Oh has more, and barely warrants an Orange rating at all.  #3, language, is iffy if they are indeed rating it on chat.  Even then, thats like rating Youtube for its comments...

Nymphs are way too revealing, there needs to be a giant black box over top of them so that kiddies can't fantasize about what could possibly be there.  Show them vrt's rendition of :death Nymph and they'd call themselves idiots if this were ever the case :s

Adrenaline and Epinephrine.  Nobody wants kids addicted to speed.  Next they'll ban Speed Demon (

They must share the sentiment that setting Frogs on fire and cremating "Balls" is cruel and inhumane behavior.

This is the only one that I can actually understand without being heavily sarcastic.  But even so, that's like expecting zanz to police every single freaking player that comes on here.  You can't put that confinement on something, even with an age restriction.  I mean honestly, you want to stop language completely?  Any game that allows you to nickname yourself or something you control should be treated the exact same way.  I mean, there was one time when I played a person on Pokemon who nicknamed their Jigglypuff "Fat@$$", change the rating to PG-13 now!
