You need 30 posts to get an avatar.
Even then you need 200 posts in order to pick a custom one.
Once you reach 30 posts, go to your profile and edit it.

OHHHHH right thanks.I had an account before and i didnt notice the avatar thing till i had 100 posts so i thought everyone got it.thanks for the help(again)
