Trading Rares?

Is that even possible, and if so, how exactly does that work? To my knowledge that isn't possible. I saw a guy's signature saying he's willing to trade X Rares for Y Rares; I PM'ed him asking what that's about but I haven't received a reply yet. Can someone fill me in?

It's not possible in the usual sense. That person was probably referring to PvP farming (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=32406), an exploit where two players enter PvP1 or 2 for the purpose of farming rares from each other.

might be a good suggestion though.. especially now that the amount of rares will grow with more than half the size it becomes for new people nearly impossible to actually gain 6 of a certain rare type through arena.

this has already been discussed and suggested by the same user you saw that was trading rares, it is indeed trough pvp1 or pvp2 that you do it, but in the end we all decided not to organize a trading hub for rares here in the forum as it would kill the porpuse of grind in the game

Oh I know what you guys are talking about now. I knew of this, but I didn't understand what he meant by "trading". Thanks for the clarification.
