Experiment performed by Breach and Lzerk.
Sadly we couldn't hit the full potential of the TU's since when someone reaches -10,000 the other player crashes.
but here's the highest what we achieved. (or the lowest?)
After I crash the CPU takes over and forgets to use Eternity.

of course, Earth and Fire Nymph could stretch it to infinity, but that's just not that fun

UPDATE:
we just figured a way around the crashing. more co-op experiments coming!
last attempt almost got us a million, but the crash prevented further abuse.

screenie'd by Lzerk.

goal of the experiment;
achieve blue screen of death.
knowledge collected so far;
- having a 10,000 creature crashes your opponent.

Woohoo!  ... Sorta.

To AIs everywhere:  be kind, please rewind.

Best two hours in my recent memory.   :P

Sorry the screenshot is messed up.

You can see we had the TUs left to dive the new 40k peggy to 80k, TU and dive to 160k, and  with the last Antimatter Breach was holding, the final megapeggy would have had a value of...

348,160 damage.

Round three [?] begins.

This can be tricky, especially when you're running caffeine headaches.  Miss one move out of dozens [hundreds?] of turns and you're instantly squished by a horse the size of an aircraft carrier:

Here's our freak buffed to TWO-HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN and dived -- copying begins!

Unfortunately I have no impressive fireworks to display.    ??? :'(

Yeap.  If not for the 10k-crash, Peggy would have gone to 876,544 -- enough damage in one hit to win your next 4,382 Fake God matches.

these matches, when everything works out, take about half an hour per game.
so I'll rather explain the gameplay in 2 phases.

phase one
the first part is me just getting the Pegasus out for us to both bombard with buffs
(blessing, chaos power, rage potion, rage nymph, basilisk blood) and blocking the pegasus to not deal too much
damage to Lzerk. (I either freeze it or Lzerk plays Dissipation, Congeal and Phase shield)
it's important to buff the Pegasus to the maximum potential, so we both just do the upper until we're down
to the last card in deck, both of us having 6 TU's then.

phase two
once we hit the highest possible attack number, I hit Dive and Antimatter it.
I begin by playing 6 Twin Universes, one dive after another.
last time we did this I reached 13,000 all by myself before I ran out of TU's.
then Lz continues my job with his 6 TU's, and that's basically that.

all that's left is for LZ to play another Antimatter on the biggest Pegasus to shift the -X into X power again.

difficulties
- not killing Lzerk
- dropping a card is not an option (well, it is, but we just don't want it)
- hitting the 10,000 limit (a creature reaching 10k will cause the opponent to be kicked)
- if CPU takes over, CPU will not rewind his cards (eternity) and will card-out
- using earth nymph is not fun (it's just not)
- drawing Twin Universes too early (Twin Universe is literally the last thing you play)

One word.

EPIC.

Thanks, Breach and Lzerk, for hilariously stretching this game waaay past its limits. :P

so let me get this straight...when you dive a negative power creature, it gets MORE negative? and how does this work with diss shield? does it still heal, or does it give quanta? (it should just heal, since I think antimatter makes it bypass shields)

Dive: double the creature's power. (includes if it is negative)
Lzerk battle-tested it before we began.
Dissipation Field is there to hold off the growing Pegasus in an emergency.

Having a 10000 creature crashes your opponent? How? Is the PvP server unable to process the data?
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

Epic thread.

Did you ever try Guardian Angel(s) and Red Nymph(s)?  Pretty sure that combo could buff your Pegasus indefinitely.

Bloodshadow:

It only crashes the person it is first used against, so it seems likely to me.  My first guess: it's an anti-hacking assurance, since it grants instant victory to the person who's hit with the 10k integer.

plastiqe:

That could take even longer than Earth and Fire nymphing, but it's a valid point...  Just not one that's hilarious in practice.
