i just noticed that aether pillar has different art, does that mean that they have different codes?
You haven't played the game in a while huh?  Anyway, no, the code never changed.
i meant that the 2 decks she posted have different arted pillars.

I'm guessing that all the deck codes on the forum still have the old art. The picture with the new art is a picture rather than a deck code, which is why it has the new art. The new cards dont have code yet either so that part just hasnt been updated yet presumably.

I would use a slight modification on the half-blood grinding deck. I came up with a similar deck strategy of my own containing  17 :aether pillars 6 phase dragons and 6 dimensional shields, plus my lobotomizer. I am thinking of changing it to 4 phase dragons and adding 4 immortals.
I think this would be an improvement because:

1. by having slightly over 30 cards you are immune to "decking out against 30 card decks.
2. the 6 shields give you 18 turns of defense.
3. 4 immortals and 4 dragons balances probability of getting dragon and immortal, so you don't have to us 13 quanta to play an offensive card.

Please tell me how wrong I am.

Lobotomizer is definitely a good choice. I didn't take it because I don't have it.

I have 30 cards because I very rarely deck out.

I use 5 shields against HB's and 6 shields against FG's. I went from 6 to 5 with HB's because I felt I had too many of them and they slowed me down.

I prefer Dragons over Immortals because that 4 damage starts sucking if the HB plays a shield. But then again the 13 :aether is no joke. That 4 and 4 you have sounds logical so I might try that.

I've had pretty good success with that deck, but the 6:6 record in this little test is pretty brutal. I'd like to blame incredibly bad luck, but there's probably something wrong with the deck as well.

there are no HBs with 30 card deck so you dont have to worry about that

I saw by the fact that you weren't using a dagger that you didn't have it. I am only suggesting a deck in general, not to you specifically.

I have become very close to decking out several times, but if you say this is unlikely then I suppose you are correct. Also, when I made the post I was in a pvp mindset because that's how I make money. My apologies.

It is probably just because my deck is focused on dragons but I think of dimensional shields as opportunities to build enough quanta to play them. I don't think having 5 vs. 6 would make very much of a difference buy you have much more experience than I do. I suppose 6 is safer and 5 is faster?

Thank you.

Perhaps the concept of an immortal  deck with dimensional shields is very good but one needs to find the correct balance of cards.

It's so frustrating to find that this deck design existed before I thought of it. I suppose that will happen a lot in life though.

    • After you win, when spinning the slot machine, if the first two cards of your last spin don't match, don't wait for the 3rd one because it doesn't make a difference.
    According to this thread (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,11277.0.html),
    Here's what happens to me.

Let's say I win nothing on the first spin, and I win something on the second spin. However, since it looks like I won't be winning anything in the third spin, I click Ok before the third spin is over...and I lose the card I won in the second spin.
I have not really noticed this myself, but I usually wait through all the spins.

I don't think your EM deck is too good. Adrenaline'd vamps, or decks like yours just that without cockatrices and with Adrenaline will most likely work way better.
