If a photon does 1 damage, a pre-lycan'd lycanthrope has 1 atk, and a simple dragonfly has 1atk, if you meet a titanic frog, punch it three times really quickly.

How i would kill a titanic frog:

1 flood the field
2 freeze a large block of ice
3 use my catapult to fling the ice at the titanic frog
4 watch it sink

wut. Well, back to the gun thing, you cannot base damage on speed or kinetic energy. A bullet can say hello to your spleen and pierce you at 0.5c and will still deal the same damage as an arrow that also pierces you at a significantly lower speed.

0.5c=299792458/2 wow.

Also, it depends. If the bullet has a long deceleration, the force would be very little.

Against something huge like a giant building or the LHC, it will. It all depends on the force needed to pierce stuff. Or not.

I think the real question is...how DOES one take down a Titanic Frog?

After spending an unsuccessful 10 minutes looking on the internet for an image from an old Conan the barbarian comic (As done by Mike Mignola), wherein Conan slays a giant frog... I'm a little put off to only have text with which to answer this question.

Energy weapons are awesome. Hard to decelerate and has very little recoil (1/299792458) and packs quite a punch.
