Reporting offensive/racist account names? (Semi-Permalink)

Is there a place to report  any offensive or racist names found in game? I met one in the arena today with the "N" word in it. Does Elements have a policy against such names? I'm not easily offended but I don't like racists.

Unfortunately, no. There's similar issues in PvP1 where profanity isn't censored.
