In 1.21 Pulverizer was nerfed from :gravity to :gravity :gravity for the upgraded abilty cost.

These forums were started by SG on Dec 15th 2009 and most if not all the threads from the old forum were brought over here.  That's why you see a lot of old posts that say they were started on that date, because they're originally threads that were started on the old forums but the date was changed when the transfer occured.

I was not around from the beginning but when I started on the old forums Evil Hamster was running it.  I belive the first admin was Pilchard123 and they had big trolling problems back then too.  I remember reading about Alaska being one of the first to beat the FG's when they came out, and then SG burst onto the scene with this thread (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,129.0.html=).  You'll have to get somebody who's been around from the beginning if you want the full details.  And no worries about spelling or grammar cebra we can understand you just fine.

The previous forum was deleted.  However, if you look at the start of this forum, you'll notice a plethora of threads dated December 15.  Those are from the last forum.  Almost everything was transferred intact, glory and praise to chriskang.
What ever happened to this Chris Kang?  I've heard all kinds of rumors and fairy tales.

So on the 129th thread out, sometime last August, SG basically dominated the fg's.  Goodtimes.  That wasn't long after tha game came out was it?

That was before the Sundial nerf, of course. Dam, I'm salivating at those win rates.

Also the AI was much dumber back then.

With a fully upped deck, your winning percentage was around 85% which was pretty nuts. FG's were so easy they were beginning to be kind of boring. I like the new tough FG's, although right now there's too many of them, making deckbuilding really difficult because you cannot counter them all.

Yep. The false gods were way too easy. Rainbow was considered a relatively easy deckout, and even Hermes was a joke. There were no unfavorable matchups, with most being extremely easy.

Wow...the number of threads started from 15th to 30th December is so high, that it needs 40 pages!
...that´s going to be time consuming

Update:
New "Card Changes" section
-nearly all "Other" cards are already in this section. If you know something special about some cards, tell me!

Coming next:
-finish reading the flashkit-thread...well...if a native speaker could do this, it would be really, really great. Although my english is not that bad, it´s going to take a while.

After some digging I found alaska's deck, the first fg deck with a winning record.  Here is a post of it Alaska fg deck (http://elementsthegame.wikia.com/wiki/Alaska%27s_deck) from early last August.

This (http://elementsthegame.wikia.com/wiki/False_Gods) was also another early FG deck.  This is the one I used before I found SG's.  After I found hers, I kinda melded the best of both into my own version.

If you check the version history, it was added to the wiki on August 9, 2009.

Massive bump, but this thread do deserve it. I really loved reading all of this. Damn, I'm kind of going nuts from all of you saying that FG's were too easy and stuff. I struggle to beat even one lately. It was nice knowing some of the card bugs, like the stone skin and the Sundial Nerf, so used. I salivate at Sg's thread of epicness with those win rates. I liked how Zanz said about the level thing that you posted in the early parts of that post of yours, but It never showed up. A shame, It would be nice.. But older players would have a obvious huge advantage over new players, So I guess it's better without it.

I also Liked watching how there weren't all those quests and watching how the cards that for me are so common were added so late! Example : Eternity. Other thing I liked is how people talked about who beat the first fg, the first Fg's and the AI's dumb-ness at the time. I started playing a few months after the : February 21, 2010.  Guess I missed the giant update. In these times is when I think.. "Damn, I saw that game before, why didn't I play it sooner!"

Lastly.. I discovered Jmizzle didn't had a electrum fountain! xD
