I am working to get my cards upgraded. Find out that I have 6 Eagle eyes but not a single Lobotomizer / Electrocutor. Anyone has ideas?

Request a T50 Lobo farm and then grind T50.

Ai3 gives out lobo... I think. But as Old Trees said, ask a t50 for a lobotomizer farm and grinding t50's is the easiest way.
