If you read every topic and reply to anything that interests you, you will probably get a lot just from that.

Other ideas:

• Start new topics about anything that's on your mind
• Ask questions about anything you don't understand
• Answer questions in deck help
• Make posts about decks you've made or decks you want help with (just make sure to search forums first you don't want to duplicate someone else's deck)

But the best way is probably to get involved in an active forum topic (i recommend the philosophy/religion sub-forums.  Its quite easy to get drawn into a debate and have your post count shoot up by 50 or more literally overnight).

Anything except spamming the forums is fine.  To reiterate, just log into the forums whenever you have a free moment and say what's on your mind

Yes, I know that from experience. I've gotten...however many posts I have almost exclusively from two topics on the religion sub-forum. I started them, but still. It's amazing what those two sections can do for your post count.

I don't believe the off-topic section counts towards post count. Although that may just be forum games. Another way to raise your post count would be to join a pop event or a couple tourneys.

Also, remember to not just speak your mind but also to provide insight for a topic, we don't want twenty people posting the same thing on a thread when someone already posted it a a few pages ago.

Even for leagues and tournaments ? Interesting - you win some games and your post count is increased. Would be interesting to see, who got his "legendary" or "hero member" mainly this way.

Yep. It's why staffers (especially SG) have so many posts. Tourney topics and posts are a decent portion of my rep, maybe a 4th or so.

War has increased my rep probably more than anything else - topics being three rep each, plus other posts and work in private forums, and (if the old karma logs were indeed added) additional reputation on top of that.
