Unfortunately, after his supply of coffee ran out, Zanz was sent to the nearest hospital, where he is given a direct-line to caffeine and has access to an unlimited supply of Otyugh plush dolls.  He will return once he has shown improvement from his current impoverished state.

EDIT:  Seriously though, after the most recent huge patch, I'm betting the next patch is in mid-late November.
