Shard Optical Illusion?

What do you guys think?  Are the two void shards the same color?  Is one of them very slightly darker than the other?  Is the serendipity shard causing a subtle optical illusion somehow, or are the slots themselves lit differently?  What's with the weird curvy line going through the middle of the left and right slots but not the center slot?

The curvy line is a decorative overlay.
The transparent overlay is covering part of the left SoV image, making it a different colour, slightly.

If you look at the right sides of the two images, they are the same there.

Not a Bug an optical illusion.

There's a curvy brace thingy on the right as well. It's just some cosmetic thing.
