huh, I don't have this problem. In spanish, things generally sound in one way for everyone (each letter has a fixed pronunciation, with counted, generally english, exceptions), and most of my pronunciation is similar to everyone's

Aether IS Ay-ther (it has a right way), and I guess a poll with both phonetic and alphabetic pronunciations of different ways would be the best...

The International Phonetic Alphabet is the best way to desribe the pronunciation.
Do you have a source for this pronunciation ? Dictionary, internet, your own feeling for the english language as a native speaker ?

Otyugh is taken from the wikipedia page. Aether is just pronounced that way. The other two are taken from gut feeling.
